Shipping

  • Please check your shipping address carefully, and include any apartment or unit numbers. If your address is incomplete or typed incorrectly, your package most likely won’t arrive to your door.

    We are unable to take returns or make exchanges, so please also review the size chart that’s on each product page closely before ordering.

  • Production and shipping times can vary with seasonal fluctuations. October through December are the busiest times for shirt decorators and delivery services like USPS. We strive to ship products within three to four weeks of orders being placed. Delivery may take 3-7 days depending on location in the continental United States. We ship using USPS rather than UPS or FedEx to help keep your costs down.

  • Please email hello@sasqwear.com with your order number and we will track the package to try to learn what went wrong. We do our best to make sure your order arrives safe and sound. However, once a package ships, a lot is out of our control once it’s in the hands of delivery services.

    We do not replace lost or stolen orders. To help prevent this, please make sure your mailing address and email address are correct before ordering.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

    All Sasqwear products are made upon order. Given the variations in shirt colors and sizes along with different designs and decoration methods, and without any retail store shelves to stash them on, we are unable to take returns or make exchanges. Please review the sizing guidelines closely before ordering (these are included on every product page on our online shop).

  • Since much of our production is automated, it’s difficult to change an order after it’s placed. Reach out to hello@sasqwear.com within 24 hours and we can attempt to interrupt the order, but we can’t guarantee it.

  • We do not replace lost or stolen items. To prevent this, please make sure your mailing address and email are correct before placing your order. A tracking number will be sent to your. email once we ship your order.
